GOPView XR-2 Medical Imaging software Tested with HASP HL Dongle.

This software is software for X-ray imaging devices. After scanning on the X-ray, the image is transferred to this program. After it is transferred to the program, it is examined and diagnosed in detail by the doctor.

What is X-Ray?

Have you ever wondered about the working principle of X-ray devices, which are indispensable for every security checkpoint we encounter frequently and pass by today, how they deliver images in a healthy way, and even most importantly, whether they have a detrimental effect on human health as it is known? First, let’s talk about the X-ray devices used in places that require security such as shopping malls and airports, then let’s deepen the subject a little bit.

X-Ray Device

X-Ray devices are devices used to determine whether objects such as bags, suitcases, parcels, packages, envelopes carry a content threatening security and what kind of content they carry. Without opening the baggage, we can say that it is the tools used to control the goods and enable the watch to be monitored by the officer by passing X-rays over the baggage, without opening the baggage.

  • X-Ray devices consist of three main parts. These;
  • X-ray unit, the part where the x rays are sent, detected and the conveyor belt where the items are placed Screen, where items passing through the Device are seen (monitor).
  • Control panel, where the buttons that control the device are located.

X-Ray (X-Ray) Risks

Radiation Exposure

Some people worry that X-rays are not safe because exposure to radiation can cause cell mutations that can lead to cancer. The amount of radiation you are exposed to during an X-ray depends on the tissue or organ being examined. Sensitivity to radiation depends on your age, children are more sensitive than adults.

Usually, however, exposure to an X-ray radiation is low and the benefits from these tests outweigh the risks.

But if you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant, tell your doctor before taking an X-ray. Although the risk of most diagnoses to a congenital baby X-ray is small, your doctor may consider another imaging test such as an ultrasound.
Contrast

In some people, a contrast agent injection can cause side effects such as:

  • Feeling of warmth or redness
  • Metallic taste
  • Dizziness
  • Nausea
  • Itching
  • Hives

Rarely, severe reactions to the contrast medium occur, these include:

  • Severe blood pressure
  • Anaphylactic shock
  • HEART STOP
  • How to prepare

Clothing

Generally, you will ask which part of your body needs to be examined. Depending on which area is X-rayed, you may be able to wear a gown during the exam. You may also be asked to remove jewelry, glasses, and any metal objects as they can be seen on an X-ray.

Contrast Material

Before some X-rays, a liquid called a contrast agent is given. Contrast media such as barium and iodine help highlight a specific area of ??your body in the X-ray image. You can swallow the contrast agent and take it as an injection or enema.

During the X Ray

X-rays are performed in doctors ‘offices, dentists’ offices, emergency rooms and hospitals – where an X-ray machine is available. The machine generates a safe level of radiation that passes through your body and records an image on a special plate.

A technologist positions your body to get the necessary insights. Pillows or sandbags can be used to help you hold the position. During the test, you must stay still (and sometimes hold your breath so as not to move) to avoid blurry images.

An X-ray procedure can take from a few minutes for a bone X-ray to over an hour for more related procedures, such as those using a contrast agent.
Your Child’s X-Ray

Restrictions or other techniques may be used to keep a young child on an x-ray. These will not harm your child. It will prevent the need for a repeat procedure that may be required if your child moves during X-ray exposure.

You may be allowed to stay with your child during the test. If you do, you will be asked to wear a lead apron to protect you from unnecessary exposure.

GOPView XR-2 Post X Ray

After an X-ray, you can usually resume normal activities. Routine x-rays usually have no side effects. However, if you take a contrast agent before the test, you will need to drink plenty of fluids to help your body recover.

Call your doctor if you have pain, swelling, or redness at the injection site. Consult your doctor about other symptoms to watch for.
