Has as main duties to plan and execute the water and sewage systems of Juiz de Fora (MG), a city located approximately 260 km from Belo Horizonte and 170 km from Rio de Janeiro. Currently, the company supplies water to 95% of the municipality’s population, which has more than 568 thousand inhabitants according to the IBGE.

E3 monitors and controls all lighting, air conditioning, doors, water tanks, parking, rain sensors, booster pumps, exhaust fans and garden irrigation. In the case of lighting, the control system was divided into floors. To control the lighting in the entrance hall, for example, the operator only needs to click on the drawing corresponding to the lamp or set of lamps chosen to turn them on or off on the screen that refers to the floor plan of this location.
